Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on eligible standard size products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it. The product must have its original tags and packaging intact, and you must provide proof of purchase.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us at khwabri.official@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the reason for requesting an exchange. Our team will review your request and provide you with the exchange instructions.
The product must be sent back to us only after your exchange request has been approved.
Exchange Shipping Charge
An exchange shipping charge of ₹199 will apply to every approved exchange request.
The ₹199 exchange shipping charge must be paid by the customer before the exchange is processed.
Custom and Made to Measure Orders
Custom and made to measure products are made specifically according to the measurements provided by the customer. Therefore, these products are not eligible for exchange.
If you receive a custom or made to measure product that is defective, damaged or incorrectly made due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange an appropriate replacement.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please share your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
No Refunds
Khwabri does not offer refunds or returns. We only provide exchanges for eligible standard size products according to the conditions mentioned above.
Non Eligible Products
An exchange will not be accepted if the product has been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or is missing its original tags or packaging.
Products returned without prior approval from our team may not be accepted.
